Return/Cancellation Policy

- Cancellation must be done before items are shipped via Contact Page.
- I am not responsible for lost or damaged products. Lost or damaged products will not be replaced.
- If you are ordering from a region that is known for lost packages, I will refund your purchase.
Transport Damage
I am not responsible for damage to the product due to transportation, mishandling, delays nor weather. Refunds and returns will not be given for items that have been damaged after they have been mailed.
Packages Delays
If you would like more fast and secure shipping, please let me know before ordering so the option is open to you! Some regions can take up to many weeks if not months to arrive, it’s not necessarily lost.
- COVID-19 DELAYS: I cannot mail to these countries due to the current pandemic. Apologize for the inconvenience. I will issue refund for your order if I cannot ship to your country.
Lost Packages
In the event that it has been over one month and your package has not arrived, it is considered lost. Lost packages will not be replaced nor refunded. Please consider buying extra insurance if you believe your region has a high lost rate.
Cancellation Fee
There is a $1.13 cancellation fee, this is the credit card handler’s policy. It will take about one week for the refund to show on your account and a little longer for international accounts. Exception to this rule are products made on demand, which are listed accordingly. These items are made by a third party and cannot be cancelled thereby making the sales final upon ordering.
